Why is the audio not working?

For iPhone users, if your device has been put on mute (vibrate) mode, it will also mute the sound of the app.

You have to turn the mute mode off to be able to listen to the audio for the stories.

Please make sure the physical volume switch is switched up and not on vibrate/mute mode.
