How long does it take to reply to an email?
We strive to reply to all emails and contact by customers within 24 hours of a business day. If you have not heard from us in 72 hours of a business day, please send a follow up contact in case your original email did not make it to us. Please keep in mind we are out of the office on weekends and public holidays in Japan.
